En tant que conseiller ou conseillère, Dynamics 365 Project Operations & Power Platform, vous agirez comme expert(e) du paramétrage, de la configuration et de l’évolution de la solution SIGPP. Vous contribuerez à assurer la cohérence, la qualité et la gouvernance des configurations, tout en accompagnant les utilisateurs et les différentes équipes impliquées dans le programme.
ResponsibilitiesVotre quotidien
Configurer et administrer la solution Dynamics 365 Project Operations et les composantes Power Platform;
Participer à l’évolution des paramètres, des règles d’affaires et des référentiels applicatifs;
Assurer l’analyse et la résolution des anomalies techniques (support niveau 2 et escalade Microsoft niveau 3);
Participer aux mises en production et aux déploiements à l’aide d’Azure DevOps;
Contribuer aux activités de validation, de stabilisation et d’amélioration continue de la plateforme;
Configurer et optimiser les fonctionnalités d’intelligence artificielle et de Microsoft Copilot;
Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’adoption des nouvelles fonctionnalités et des capacités d’IA.
Les clés de votre réussite
Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en technologies de l’information;
Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans le paramétrage et la configuration de Dynamics 365 Project Operations et de Power Platform;
Solide expérience avec Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Azure DevOps, Azure, Power BI;
Expérience avec Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AI Builder;
Compréhension des approches Agile, hybrides et DevOps.
Vos atouts supplémentaires
Certification Power Platform Solution Architect Expert;
Certification Azure Administrator ou Azure Developer;
Certification Power BI Data Analyst;
Certification Azure AI Engineer ou Azure AI Fundamentals;
Expérience dans le secteur de la santé.
Compétences linguistiques
Français : Maîtrisé
Anglais : Intermédiaire

Skills Required
- 10+ years of experience in information technologies
- 5+ years configuring Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Power Platform
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Azure DevOps, Azure, Power BI
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AI Builder
- Experience analyzing and resolving technical incidents (Level 2 support and Microsoft Level 3 escalation)
- Experience participating in deployments and releases using Azure DevOps
- Understanding of Agile, hybrid and DevOps approaches
- French: Fluent (Maîtrise)
- English: Intermediate
- Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification
- Azure Administrator or Azure Developer certification
- Power BI Data Analyst certification
- Azure AI Engineer or Azure AI Fundamentals certification
- Experience in the healthcare sector
