BlackStone eIT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Advisor – Capital Projects & Partnerships to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise in capital projects and strategic partnerships to drive the success of our initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing capital project planning and execution while fostering relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
As a Senior Advisor, you will provide strategic guidance and advisory support to cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects align with our business goals and objectives. Your ability to analyze project performance, manage risks, and identify opportunities for improvement will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic planning and delivery of capital projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.
- Analyze project proposals and assess feasibility, risk, and potential impacts on business operations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and financials to senior management.
- Develop and implement best practices for capital project management and partnership engagement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture learnings and drive future project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in capital project management and partnership development, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining successful partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive successful project outcomes.
