Are you interested in working on various projects in collaboration with Marketing, Claims, Underwriting, Sales and our Exclusive Agent Network in an engaging environment with a focus on people development. Then you may be the one we are looking for! More specifically, you will be required to:

Perform through analysis and diagnosis, recommend innovative solutions for rate level, segmentation, business solutions and strategic projects

Develop or supervise the development of solutions for longer-term projects to solve business problems. Work closely with Commercial Lines business units and Underwriting to understand and implement solutions

Play an integrator or coordinator role with various working groups and represent the business unit before decision-making bodies
-
Represent the position of Desjardins with respect to external entities and partners

Recognized as a specialist, act as a reference source and coach for colleagues and peers

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field

A minimum of seven years of relevant experience

Successful completion of at least five CAS exams

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

Advance knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance
