Scope:
Global Deployments across Europe, the Americas and Asia, covering customer-facing solution architecture, pre-sales and bid support, reference architecture definition, implementation support, post-go-live technical guidance, and collaboration across product, engineering, delivery, operations and security functions.
Job Functions:

Own end-to-end technical solutions for customers and prospects, spanning pre-sales, solution design, implementation and post-go-live support. Shape technical vision and thought leadership for SG lottery technology and influence the product roadmap across multiple deployments. Design high-volume OLTP systems to meet performance, data integrity and security requirements across on-premises, hybrid and AWS cloud deployment models. Lead pre-sales and bid support by translating customer and prospect requirements into credible, deliverable technical solutions and RFP/RFI responses. Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, explaining complex architectural concepts and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences. Define and evolve reference architectures for modern open-source technology stacks including Java/Spring, Linux, Docker, Ansible, Jenkins and PostgreSQL. Support capacity planning, performance benchmarking, technology refresh, security and compliance activities for live customer platforms.

Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge

Required:
Strong solution architecture experience in mission-critical enterprise systems; proven ability to design high-volume OLTP platforms;
knowledge of on-premises, hybrid and AWS cloud deployment models;
strong understanding of performance, data integrity, security, network architecture and compliance; experience with Java/Spring, Linux, Docker, Ansible, Jenkins and PostgreSQL;
ability to communicate architectural concepts clearly to customers and internal teams.
Desired:
Experience in lottery, gaming or regulated transaction processing environments; customer-facing pre-sales and RFP/RFI experience;
knowledge of PCI considerations, cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, capacity planning and performance benchmarking;
ability to influence product and technical direction across distributed international teams.
