Resideo is seeking a highly driven Senior Advanced Penetration Tester to play a pivotal role in safeguarding our systems, products, and customers. In this role, you will help protect customer data by leading complex security assessment and penetration tests, ensure product security, and strengthen privacy across everything we build. In addition, you will manage cross-functional projects, recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency and support with mentoring junior team members.
You will proactively hunt for vulnerabilities across a broad technology landscape—including hardware, web and mobile applications, cloud environments, and on‑premise infrastructure. We’re looking for someone who thinks like an attacker, enjoys ethically breaking systems, and takes real satisfaction in uncovering and fixing complex security issues across multiple domains

JOB DUTIES:
- Lead and perform in-depth penetration tests on networks, applications, and systems to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities
- Manage smaller projects that span multiple departments or functions, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Utilise and mentor others in the use of advanced tools and methodologies for penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
- Document findings and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple teams or departments to achieve common objectives
- Ensure all testing activities adhere to company policies and industry standards
- Drive quality improvements and suggest innovative solutions to security challenges
- Ability to negotiate timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to achieve common objectives and ensure the success of cross-functional projects.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in cyber security, with a strong focus on penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux Administration
- Practical knowledge of penetration testing tools and techniques
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- The ability to analyse complex security problems and propose effective, practical solutions
- Fluency in English
