There has never been a better time to join EQ.We are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join our team.This varied role will give the successful candidate significant exposure to the ECD Trust and Corporate client environment.This is a full time, flexi role, with a requirement to attend the Worthing or London office for at least 3 days per week.Equiniti Corporate Dealing (ECD) is a Middle Office department, managing multiple products.

- High Net Worth clients
- Bespoke Share Plan Dealing Corporate accounts
- IPO Selling Shareholders and Secondary Placings
- Bereavement transactions for introducing intermediaries
- Certificated transactions for Corporate employees
Role Summary
- The role will focus on trade order placement, trade settlement, FX, cash payment and asset servicing functions for our Trust and Corporate Dealing products.
Core duties and responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be required to undertake the following end-to-end functions for both products, whilst observing Regulatory timeframes and directives
- Receipt/placement of client trade orders, UK and International
- FX order execution
- Broker to Broker asset movements
- Settlement of market and FX transactions
- Preparation of Client payments
- Stock withdrawals and deposits
- Client reporting and account reconciliation
- Corporate actions / Dividends
- Reconciliation clearance
Skills, Attributes and Behaviour:
- Have solid knowledge of your current discipline, gained through job-related training and work experience.
- Asset servicing experience / UK Crest settlement knowledge desirable
- Awareness of COBS / CASS rules when performing operational functions
- Be able to work independently within established procedures and practices with a moderate degree of supervision
- Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
- Excellent numeracy skills – be logically minded
- An intermediate knowledge level of Excel
- Comfortable when working under pressure, in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Adopt a flexible approach to working hours when volumes dictate.
- Be an integral part of the team, working in conjunction with the Manager to achieve department goals.
- Enthusiastic and willing to further knowledge of systems and products
- Seek to grow and share understanding through osmosis.
