About the role

Dans l’équipe d’assignation biens, nous contribuons à la satisfaction du client en trouvant des façons d’assigner le bon expert au bon dossier. Pour accomplir cette mission, nous avons créé des systèmes intuitifs et une base de connaissance impressionnante. Que ce soit au quotidien ou en période de catastrophe, l’équipe d’assignation est toujours dans le feu de l’action. En tant qu’agent administratif principal, votre travail aura un impact concret sur l’ensemble des opérations biens. 

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous : 

  • Être responsable de l’assignation des dossiers biens téléphone, calibre route téléphone et route
  • Déterminer le niveau de complexité des réclamations et les assigner au bon groupe d’experts
  • Contribuer à maintenir à jour nos fichiers de références des territoires et des compétences
  • Envoyer des avis lors de pertes majeures 
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements internes
  • Fournir des comptes-rendus à la direction des assignations 
  • Participer à la gestion des horaires des experts 
  • Participer à notre processus d’amélioration continue de nos outils et pratiques
  • Établir des stratégies d’assignation 
  • Toute autres tâches connexes

Ce que vous mettrez à profit : 

  • Une expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l’assurance
  • Un sens de l’analyse aiguisé et vous avez une grande capacité à prendre des décisions
  • L’aptitude à présenter des solutions afin d’optimiser les processus
  • Bilinguisme (français / anglais) - Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays
  • Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada
