About the Role:

  • Perform clerical duties, such as entering data and maintaining all records with master list, LIVS, CMMS and other software or system.
  • Endorsement of job sheets and issuing of work orders through the Town Council's VCP system.
  • Calling upon different lift companies for meetings in the event where there have been to many complains/breakdowns or at the request of the manager.
  • Daily report to property manager of each division for the TCMR reports regarding lift performance.
  • To coordinate with ECTC Finance Team on lift works budget.
  • Other general administrative scope to be consistent with admin role in town council.

About You:

  • Hold NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Prior 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
