Summary:
As the Senior Administrative Assistant supporting the Vice President/General Manager of Stryker’s Neurosurgical division, you will serve as a trusted partner to the leadership team, driving efficiency and alignment across the business. In this role, you will proactively manage complex calendars, priorities, and travel; coordinate high-value meetings and follow-through; and support communications, expenses, and leadership events. You will anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and keep leaders prepared and informed, while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships and bringing professionalism, discretion, and a positive, solutions-oriented approach in support of Stryker’s mission to make healthcare better.
What You Will Do:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across executive and leadership teams, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment across priorities
- Prepare leaders for meetings by organizing materials, building PowerPoint frameworks, capturing notes, and tracking action items to completion
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including bookings, itineraries, and real-time adjustments as needed
- Support internal communications by drafting and distributing updates and maintaining content across platforms like Teams and SharePoint
- Oversee expense reporting and budget tracking, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, R&D, and leadership teams to coordinate activities and maintain alignment across the business
- Manage logistics for meetings and smaller-scale events, including materials preparation, room coordination, and catering arrangements
- Drive team engagement initiatives and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, anticipate needs, and enhance overall team efficiency
What You Need:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience in an administrative position (preferred in a corporate environment)
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite technology, including complex document creation, spreadsheet creation, and presentation creation.
- Experience with expense reporting and invoice creation
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor's degree
$28.01 - $38.75 USD Hourly
