About the Role:
- Manage, track and respond to feedback to assigned Property Team.
- Issuance of work orders and payments to contractors.
- Issuance of permits for events and manage applications for use of space.
- Track progress and reports of improvement projects.
- Carry out general administrative duties for the Property Team.
- Counter cashier’s duties
- Assist the Property Manager to generate reports for submission and any assigned administrative duties.
- Provide good customer service to the residents
- Answering of phone calls and counter receiving feedback from the residents
- Any other ad-hoc duties delegated by the management
About You:
- Minimum O-Level qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle resident feedback and inquiries.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and manage conflicts effectively.
- Detail-oriented with good time management and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to take on ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
