A high‑impact, fast‑paced support role for an executive and a team of professionals. You’ll run complex calendars, drive seamless operations, manage financial processes, and keep the business moving with sharp analysis and flawless coordination.
What You’ll OwnExecutive & Team Support (60%) Master complex calendars, communications, presentations, research, travel, and cross‑functional coordination. Act as the executive’s proxy when needed.
Financial & Business Support (20%) Handle expenses, invoices, cost tracking, and light financial analysis. Spot efficiencies and recommend improvements.
Office Operations (10%) Keep the team running smoothly—systems, processes, visitors, intranet updates, and admin best practices.
HR & People Support (10%) Track absences, support onboarding, coordinate training, and mentor junior admin staff.
