Job DescriptionResponsibilities
- Develop existing and new contacts within the automotive industry, aiming at detecting project opportunities with special emphasis on forging long-term relationships.
- Canvass operations, obtain requests for quotations, prepare and defend proposals related principally to Engineering and Testing.
- To manage and support communication and link between Applus+ IDIADA Group and the clients during all the activities, continuously checking the client satisfaction.
- To maintain an overview of the on-going projects supporting the technical team, he/she will be located in Korea.
Qualifications
Profile
- Around 7-10 years of Professional experience in a similar position within the automotive industry, who can support Korea team proactively.
- With good knowledge of vehicle testing or technical sales field (chassis and ADAS experience preferred) with the ability to technically understand the service requests from the clients.
- Good communication skills and confidence in discussion at different hierarchical levels.
- With the ability to convince through technical arguments and to express to the client as well as to the candidate the point of common interest, focused on finding the most suitable aspects for both sides.
- Goal driven, with a proactive client oriented and successful sales personality
- No restrictions on frequent overseas travel
Education
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
Languages
- Advanced English and native Korean.
