Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich:
Kreditorenbuchhaltung und Stammdatenmanagement:- Überwachung der Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmens- und gesetzlichen Anforderungen
- Koordination des externen Dienstleisters sowie Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von handelsrechtlichen- und steuerrechtlichen Aspekten für die sachgerechte Rechnungsabwicklung
- Klärung und Lösung von komplexen Fragestellungen bei der Rechnungsbearbeitung, z. B. aus steuerlicher- und lohnrechtlicher Sicht, in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Beteiligten (z. B. Fachabteilungen, externer Dienstleister, Lieferanten)
- Klärung und Lösung von komplexen Problemen mit Lieferanten sowie Definition und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessverbesserung in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Überprüfung und Bereinigung des Waren- und Rechnungseingangs-Kontos (WE/RE) in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen und globalen Fachabteilungen (z. B. Procurement)
- Überprüfung und Genehmigung der wöchentlichen Zahlungsläufe
- Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) gemäß Unternehmensvorgaben, sowie Klärung von Abweichungen und Initiierung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Überprüfung und Genehmigung von Stammdatenanträgen für die Region Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA)
- Auskunftsperson für interne und externe Audits (z.B. Wirtschaftsprüfer, Betriebsprüfer)
- Übernahme von Teilprojektverantwortung in komplexen lokalen Projekten, z.B. Validierung, Design; Planung, Steuerung und Abnahme von Aufgaben im Teilprojekt
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau
- Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Rechnungswesen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO, idealerweise in OpenTex
- 4-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Kreditorenbuchhaltung

Skills Required
- Completed university degree in natural sciences, engineering, business administration, or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience
- Completed commercial vocational training, such as Industrial Clerk training
- Further qualification as a certified accountant or equivalent accounting qualification
- Good English-language skills
- Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO
- Knowledge of OpenText
- Four to five years of professional experience in accounting, preferably accounts payable
