Position Responsibilities
- Manage a timely closing process
- Compile month-end financial schedules for both internal and external audiences
- Manage accounts payable team
- Manage Concur platform for expense reporting
- Establish and document accounting procedures
- Perform account analyses
- Assist with 10-Q, 10-K filings
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting role
- Must work well in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work independently, take initiative
- Strong organization and communication skills are required
- Strong excel and computer skills are required
- Experience working in a public company desired
- Life sciences industry desired
