Core duties include:
1. Financial Reporting & Close Support
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Investigate unusual variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to generally-accepted accounting principles and accounting standards
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for key accounts.

- Conduct detailed analysis of profit and loss accounts
- Provide margin, cost and usage analyses
- Develop insights to help management understand business drivers of performance.
- Maintain integrity of financial master data
- Assist in implementation of automation initiatives (e.g., system integrations).
- Identify inefficiencies in accounting workflows and recommend improvements.
- Strengthen internal controls around financial transactions.
- Participate in system enhancements and finance transformation initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits through provision of audit schedules and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in implementation of audit recommendations.
- Ability to lead projects and participate in projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course
- Preferably a CPA or CMA
- 4 to 7 years of accounting or financial analysis
- Experienced in working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MSBC, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounting standards (e.g. new PFRS, etc.)
- Ability to interpret financial data and translate into insights
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
