What You'll Do:
- Perform reconciliations across internal accounting systems, researching and resolving variances in a timely manner
- Proactively identify and pursue process improvement opportunities, with a focus on meeting customer and business needs
- Build and maintain ongoing partnerships with internal customers to continuously enhance service levels and ensure expectations are met
- Research and resolve general ledger discrepancies related to assigned areas of responsibility
- Provide input to management and recommend strategies to improve efficiency through standardization and process streamlining
- Participate in and/or provide oversight for M&A activities, including system and process integrations
- Collect, analyze, and prepare metrics and reporting for supported business units
- Review offshore production performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying quality, turnaround time, or productivity gaps and recommending corrective actions to management
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Typically requires 4–7 years of related finance or accounting experience
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate options, assess risks, and determine effective solutions
- Strong problem‑solving capabilities, including analyzing complex issues, researching alternatives, and implementing solutions
- Solid conceptual understanding of accounting and finance principles and the ability to apply them in day‑to‑day responsibilities
- Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to diagnose issues, analyze root causes, and drive appropriate resolutions
- Experience facilitating or participating in meetings with senior‑level, cross‑functional stakeholders
- Experience working with enterprise financial systems; Oracle experience preferred
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
