Position will be remote after 90 days. (Must be local to the Central Florida area)
Responsible for providing relevant, accurate, and timely financial information to pharmacy leadership, internal finance/accounting teams, and department directors. This position performs research, collects data, and organizes and presents the analysis to management in written or oral format. Additionally, this role exercises objective, independent judgment in developing financial recommendations for management and serves as a liaison to department directors in financial matters. In addition, this position develops and trains staff in analyzing and organizing information into coherent reports and recommends and implements solutions based on this analysis. Ensures outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all stakeholders.
- Provides strategic financial information to pharmacy leadership, internal finance/accounting teams, and department directors.
- Collaborates with leadership to analyze financial data and develop recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Conducts research and collects data to support financial analysis and decision-making.
- Organizes and presents financial analysis to management in written or oral format.
- Exercises objective, independent judgment in developing financial recommendations for management.
- Serves as a liaison to department directors in financial matters.
- Develops and trains staff in analyzing and organizing information into coherent reports.
