Maintain accurate accounting records, reconcile bank/investment/brokerage accounts, record and monitor investment transactions, prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules, support quarterly/annual reporting, prepare audit working papers, respond to auditors, and assist with regulatory and compliance reporting.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of stock market investments, investment accounting, and financial instruments.
- Experience performing bank, investment portfolio, and brokerage account reconciliations.
- Ability to prepare accurate monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
- Strong audit mindset and professional skepticism, with the ability to identify discrepancies, challenge unusual transactions, and investigate reconciling items thoroughly.
- Experience supporting external audits and preparing audit schedules.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
