Job Summary
- Support in delivering accurate, timely and high-quality financial information to internal and external parties.
- Should have an overall understanding of the Local and Global business including organizational strategies
- Generate and review routine financial reports that will be used for the purposes of business analysis
- To update financial policies and procedures following applicable local GAAP/US GAAP/IFRS to ensure the efficient management of finances that follows the best practices in all areas.
- To be a pioneer and have knowledge related to process improvement, automation to add value and efficiency
- To work closely to a centralized accounting system to ensure that all financial transactions are efficiently, effectively and accurately recorded including agreed budgets
- To assist in training in financial policies and procedures and use of accounting system along with relevant GAAP.
- To be responsible for key monthly journal entries, prepare monthly balance sheet control accounts for approval
- To prepare accurate and timely monthly budget holder reports as directed and effectively resolve any queries and co-ordinate with cost center owners to update the reason for variances/remediation plan along with monthly management accounts
- To prepare accurate and timely monthly business line wise reports as directed and effectively resolve any queries.
- To provide support to all Department and business Managers with financial issues.
- To assist in the preparation of the year end accounts and appropriate audit files.
- To have a key support role in managing the Implicit accounting software and assist in resolving any issues
- To assist in the management and development of the Finance Team, supporting staff members in achieving their potential and best performance
- Cultivate a culture of proactiveness, before and after process controls, audits and reporting to identify and mitigate errors as well as compliance with contractual requirements, Pinnacle’s policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and report on relevant operational metrics for continued performance improvement and productivity for the segment(s).
- To implement the Stakeholder/Customer Service promise.
- To provide an integrated, coordinated and professional level of service to our customers/stakeholder as point of contact.
- To carry out other reasonable duties/tasks as required, to deliver and meet the objectives of the organization.
- Serve as the 1st level escalation point for assigned accounts and manage them effectively while maintaining a service focused experience.
- Treat urgent and sensitive matters delicately with a sense of urgency and appropriate internal and external communication.

Qualifications
· Support in preparation and filing of compliance-related reports.
· Facilitate and support client due diligence reports and billing as required.
· Perform intercompany bookings and maintain accurate internal accounting records.
· Handle ad-hoc transaction bookings as needed.
· Record and reconcile credit card transactions.
· Prepare journal entries, adjustments, and corrections to maintain accurate books.
· Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
· Perform Local Books vs Work Day reconciliations to ensure alignment and accuracy.
· Review financial reporting and accounting for completeness and correctness.
· Provide global support during audit requirements, ensuring timely data and report submission.
· Collaborate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit execution.
