What You’ll Do
- Support key aspects of the monthly and year-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Reconcile bank, trust, and general ledger accounts and investigate variances
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations with clear documentation and audit-ready support
- Generate standard and ad hoc financial reports for internal stakeholders
- Perform detailed account analysis to ensure financial data integrity
- Support external accountants with audit, tax, and annual review requests
- Assist with required filings and property-related reporting as needed
- Collaborate with accounting and finance colleagues on process improvements and special projects
- Maintain documentation related to accounting procedures and account structures
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a professional services environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
