Job Responsibilities- Review a detailed commission to Referral created by Ops team and process the commission payment to Referral.
- Prepare a detailed premium payment online and offline and process the payment book it in the system.
- Review a detailed payment created by Ops process the payment book it in the system.
- Declare and do reconciliation with Insurance and partner.
- Prepare the invoice, book in the system, and send it to Insurance and Partners.
- Identify and record every money out or that goes into the company bank accounts
- Monitor and follow up closely the aging of Receivable and Payable
- Prepare detailed withholding tax related B2C & B2B2C and submit it to manager for review, and process the tax payment.
- Update daily Cash management
- Monthly and yearly closing
- Assist with external audit (local & regional) process (e.g. providing the requested documents, attending to auditors queries, etc.).
- Take care of ad hoc projects or tasks as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy with at least 5 years of full set accounting and tax experience
- Accounting and tax experience with brokerage/insurance is highly desired
- Experienced in start-ups and fast pace environment are plus point
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications, also accounting softwares
- Hands-on, excellent attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Good interpersonal skills and good team player
