Fluidstack is seeking an Accounting Manager, to strengthen our accounting operations as we enter our IPO readiness phase. This role will own the end-to-end AR process including billing, cash application, collections, and audit support as well as serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and internal finance stakeholders.

• Own the customer billing process from contract review to invoice issuance in NetSuite.

• Manage AR aging, collections, and customer payment reconciliations.

• Coordinate with Finance and Sales to ensure accurate revenue cut-off and billing
  schedules.

• Support monthly and quarterly account reconciliations, journal entries, and close
  processes.

• Assist with audit requests, providing schedules, supporting documentation, and account
  analyses.

• Maintain customer master data, billing policies, and internal control documentation.

• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to improve billing accuracy
  and timeliness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA-track preferred.

• 3–5+ years of accounting experience in a SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure environment.

• Strong understanding of GAAP revenue recognition (ASC 606) and AR processes.

• Experience with NetSuite and billing sub-ledgers is a +.

• Proven track record managing collections and working with auditors under tight
  deadlines.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
