Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Veta Virtual, you will take on a pivotal role in ensuring financial precision and supporting strategic planning. You will be in charge of:

Financial Analysis & Reporting (50%):

• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Generate and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance reports.
• Assist in forecasting financial trends and planning for growth.
• Leverage data to create insightful business intelligence reports.

Accounting (50%):

• Perform daily accounting tasks, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain and refine budgeting and forecasting records.

Daily Tasks:

• Review and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare detailed financial statements and reports periodically.
• Monitor budgets and forecasts to identify variances.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost optimization and growth.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of financial insights into strategic planning.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
• 1-5 years of experience in accounting or finance; exceptional fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in advanced spreadsheet functions (e.g., Excel) – a must!
• Familiarity with SQL queries for data analysis – a strong plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mindset – a must!
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• A competitive salary of $2,500 to $3,000 USD per month, based on experience.
• The flexibility of working remotely from LATAM or Europe, Mondays to Fridays.
