We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-driven Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team. Reporting to the Controller, you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly and accurately. In this role, you'll dive into key areas like Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report, all while growing your career in a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive environment. We thrive on teamwork and shared enthusiasm, which is why this role involves joining us in the office for two days each week.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Financial Close: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in alignment with GAAP. Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of journal entries, financial analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Master Financial Reporting: Develop and distribute comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to support both routine reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Champion Quote to Cash (QTC): Own the full QTC cycle, including contract management, revenue recognition, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Partner with sales and operations teams to streamline processes.
- Optimize Procure to Pay (P2P): Collaborate to ensure accurate and timely management of vendor payments. Implement best practices to optimize relationships and cost efficiency.
- Enhance Record to Report (R2R): Support accurate financial reporting and compliance by working across teams to ensure robust internal controls and data integrity.
- Drive Compliance and Audit: Prepare audit materials, documentation, and assist in annual audits and tax filings. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Boost Efficiency and Financial Systems: Identify process improvements and assist in evaluating and implementing new financial software and tools to support company growth and financial accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally in SaaS or high-growth companies.
- Hands-on experience with Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report cycles.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Excel for financial modeling and reporting; experience with other financial software is a plus.
- Proven track record of identifying process improvements, driving cost savings, and supporting business scaling.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience preparing for audits and ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Commitment to high ethical standards and integrity in financial reporting and operations.
