About Time Team :
As part of the Cloud Software Group’s Accounting team, you will be involved in a multitude of accounting activities, supporting the overall financial and accounting functions.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Support accounting month end processes, which may include preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations in accordance with established close schedule
- Provide monthly balance sheet variance analysis and reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain transaction information, research reconciling items, and resolve issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary information to create monthly/quarterly accruals and ensure financial transaction are properly recorded
- Maintain records, supporting documentation in an organized manner
- Liaise with internal and external audit for mid-year and year-end audit support
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and controls
- Provide accounting support to the Controller and Managers on special projects and other duties as necessary
Required Experience/Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in corporate / GL function or combination with public accounting experience
- Ability to prioritize workload to achieve on time accurate results
- Work in a structured manner and able to effectively complete tasks with minimal supervision
- A sense of ownership and curiosity to learn new skills
- Strong analytical skills with a holistic understanding of how accounting processes align with broader objectives
- Ability to be flexible and comfortable with changing requirements
- Effective communicator with ability to influence at all levels of an organization
- Detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems and implement best practices through teamwork and collaboration
- Experience with a large ERP system, Oracle Fusion a plus
Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $92,723-$115,904 CA generally ranges; $96,755-$120,944 All other locations fall under our General State range; $80,629-$100,786 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
