Job Title: Senior Accountant
Reports To: Controller
Position Objective
The accountant will be responsible for supporting billing functions, assisting with A/P processing, entering journal entries, reconciliations, audit assistance, and other tasks as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating and entering monthly journal entries
- Create daily cash entries
- Reconcile and analyze accounts
- Tax support
- Audit support
- SOX compliance
- Assist with A/P processing
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications

- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong analytic abilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills, especially in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Public accounting experience
- 3 years of experience is preferred
