The Senior Accountant role involves leading and guiding a team of skilled accountants in managing Cookware's Accounts Receivable and Payable functions. - Processing vendor invoices, coding, and approval flows in compliance with internal controls.
- Supporting cash planning, payment processing, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Assisting with financial audits.
- Addressing ad hoc requirements as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups and Pivot Tables.
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and working independently.
- Self-starter with exceptional interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft D365 F&O is a plus.
