We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance for a growing organization in the healthcare manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in accounts finalization, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance, who can ensure accurate financial records while supporting informed business decision-making.

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and coordinating with auditors, banking partners, and consultants. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, improving accounting processes, and delivering timely management reports that support organizational growth.

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial analyses, and management reports to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banking partners, and regulatory authorities during audits and compliance activities.
• Maintain accounting records in Tally ERP while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure adherence to organizational accounting policies and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting efficiency, and financial controls.

• 3+ years of professional experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong expertise in accounts finalization, financial reporting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.
