We are seek ing a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support our financial health. The ideal candidate has strong accounting skills and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Conduct variance analysis.
- Assist in preparing financial reports.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts.
- Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closes.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Develop and monitor budgets.
- Provide financial insights.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support external audits.
- Implement internal controls.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely invoice processing and collections.
- Manage aging reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in consumer goods or startups.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
