Fullsteam is a fast-growing company focused on mergers and acquisitions, with a strong emphasis on integrating newly acquired businesses into a unified financial platform. The Integrations team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth onboarding for portfolio companies, aligning them with Fullsteam’s accounting operations, billing systems, collections platforms, and compliance requirements. By providing structure, training, and system expertise, the team enables acquisitions to quickly adopt corporate financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, streamlined operations, and long-term scalability.

Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant, Integrations serves as a key resource in managing the full financial system integration of newly acquired companies into NetSuite, Zuora, Salesforce and other platforms. This role oversees the end-to-end process of preparing business units for go-live, including system setup, reconciliations, billing, and accounts receivable/payable. In addition to project managing integrations, the role supports continuous improvement efforts by identifying automation opportunities and enhancing efficiency across financial systems. The position requires cross-functional collaboration, strong technical accounting knowledge, and the ability to train and support portfolio companies throughout the transition process.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead integration processes for acquisitions, including NetSuite, Zuora, Salesforce, Workato API troubleshooting, and CSV file loads into NetSuite and/or Zuora.

  • Reconcile all opening balances (deferred revenue, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other net working capital accounts).

  • Manage sales tax integrations and ensure readiness for billing, AR/AP, and reconciliations at go-live.

  • Document integration timelines and train portfolio company staff on new processes and systems.

  • Provide written training guides and documentation to business units.

  • Partner with Corporate Accounting, Finance, Portfolio Accounting, and Shared Services for smooth transitions.

  • Project manage onboarding of acquisitions, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Support ad hoc projects as assigned.

  • Review existing methods for gathering and analyzing data, proposing opportunities for process improvements.

  • Assist with developing automations across the financial systems infrastructure.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong GAAP accounting knowledge and ability to interpret guidance.

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Zuora, and Salesforce in a finance or integrations environment.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with ability to manipulate large datasets.

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Curiosity and drive to find more efficient ways to complete tasks.

  • Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly.

  • Action-oriented and results-driven, with strong critical thinking and adaptability.

  • Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Accounting Information Systems.

  • Experience with integrating newly acquired companies into financial systems.

  • Familiarity with setting up financial systems or new functionalities.

  • Experience in acquisitive and geographically dispersed businesses.

  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.

  • Experience implementing automation tools or processes.

  • MBA or CPA preferred.
