Are you ready for the next step in your accounting career? Join us as a Record-to-Report (R2R) Accounting Specialist and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial accounting, timely financial close activities, and high-quality reporting. In this role, you will work with complex accounting processes, influence business decisions through reliable financial information, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. You will also act as a subject matter expert, helping drive compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the R2R process.
Your responsibilities- You will perform and review journal entries, accruals, and provisions to ensure accurate and complete financial records.
- You will execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and help deliver timely financial reporting.
- You will prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, investigate open items, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- You will manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset-related reporting requirements.
- You will collaborate with global stakeholders on intercompany reconciliations, audits, compliance activities, and continuous process improvements.
- You have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- You bring 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within Record-to-Report processes.
- You have solid knowledge of financial accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- You can analyze financial information, prepare accounting reports, and provide technical accounting guidance to stakeholders.
- You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and driving compliance, accuracy, and process improvements.
Success in this role requires strong accounting expertise, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. You will need to consistently deliver accurate financial results, manage complex accounting activities, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and reporting requirements. Strong collaboration skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset will help you add value across the financial close and reporting process.
