Job DescriptionABOUT THE ROLE
As a Fund Accounting professional, I am responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of financial statements, Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, and client deliverables. I leverage strong technical accounting expertise and in-depth knowledge of client requirements to support asset managers, drive operational excellence, and maintain high-quality service delivery. Through collaboration, mentorship, and continuous process improvement, I contribute to enhancing efficiency, mitigating risk, and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You’ll review and validate financial statements, NAV calculations, and client deliverables, ensuring accuracy while maintaining a strong understanding of client-specific requirements and expectations.
- You’ll apply accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with established procedures, internal controls, and industry best practices.
- You’ll collaborate with Asset Managers and cluster partners to support seamless service delivery, resolve issues, and facilitate cross-functional coordination.
- You’ll provide technical guidance and mentorship to preparers and team members, promoting fund accounting best practices and supporting professional development.
- You’ll identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, quality, accuracy, and client service outcomes.

ABOUT YOU
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or are pursuing ACCA Level 3 or an ACA qualification, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in fund accounting.
- You have strong expertise in fund accounting principles, financial reporting, and NAV calculations, with the ability to manage complex client portfolios and deliver high-quality outputs.
- You possess a solid understanding of accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance across deliverables.
- You demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a proactive and collaborative professional with excellent communication skills, capable of mentoring team members, supporting process improvements, and delivering exceptional client service.

Skills Required
