YOUR MISSIONAccount Management & Reconciliations
- Keep customer accounts receivable records precise and up to date.
- Conduct monthly SAP reconciliations and perform quarterly account reviews with clients.
- Build and manage customer master data and account details within SAP.
Financial Operations & Payments
- Process customer return invoices, cash payments, checks, and bank transfers.
- Track, record, and reconcile Direct Balance System (DBS) transactions and transfers.
- Track invoice due dates and monitor open balances.
Credit & Risk Control
- Track customer credit limits, adjust thresholds, and assist with limit expansion requests.
- Oversee guarantee documentation, such as mortgages, bank letters of credit, and securities.
- Coordinate with credit insurance agencies on coverage terms, limit tracking, and reporting.
- Guarantee alignment with internal controls, corporate policies, and accounting guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with relevant accounting or credit control experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP), international accounting standards, and Excel.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and English language skills.
- High attention to detail, strong time management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, result-oriented mindset with a flexible approach to changing priorities.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar accounting or credit control role
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Knowledge of international accounting standards
