About Your Role:

The Senior Account Strategist will play an integral role in bringing our client’s campaigns to life and ensuring that we meet and exceed their goals. You will leverage strong communication skills, an analytical eye, and a solution-oriented mindset to grow our business with major Travel clients. Through consultation both externally with clients, and internally with integrated teams, you will own the strategic account management for your accounts. You are a hand raiser that looks for proactive ways to provide the best possible client service to ultimately grow our partnerships.

Hybrid 3x a week- New York City

In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

About Your Contributions:

  • Responsible for all elements of account management from pre-sale (media planning) to post-sale execution and wrap up reporting

  • Responsible for campaign stewardship of key Travel accounts

  • Collaborate with internal business partners and stakeholders to craft thoughtful and strategic responses to client RFPs

  • Utilize industry, client, and historical campaign insights to provide consultative account recommendations both pre and post-sale

  • Embody white glove service to our clients and serve as the internal and external point of contact for execution, particularly in post-sale

  • Partner with Ad Operations for impeccable order implementation, creative QA, and optimization

  • Provide support and strategic solutions to our sales team, allowing them to break new business and grow our deal size across our clients

  • Diligently monitor campaign delivery and performance; identify proactive optimization recommendations to maximize client satisfaction and upsell opportunity

  • We are looking for hand raisers - those that identify problems and proactively stand up to help find solutions, as well as surface internal inefficiencies to help refine processes

About You:

  • 3-7 years of experience at an advertising agency, publisher or ad tech company.  Direct publisher experience is a plus. 

  • Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with commitment to detail

  • Motivated problem solver who will proactively troubleshoot and create solutions

  • Skilled at identifying larger trends from your data analysis and developing actionable insights

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder who has a constant focus on customer success

  • A thoughtful and thorough understanding of the media planning process, applying your understanding of client KPIs and the best solutions to exceed expectations

  • Positive, can-do attitude and driven to make things happen (and have a ton of fun along the way)

Pay Range

Salary: New York: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees.
