  2. 负责长期和项目性的新客户的拓展与提案打标工作。
  3. 负责团队建设及日常工作管理,确保高标准的客户服务质量。
  4. 培养和建立新的和现有的客户关系,挖掘客户需求,推动长期合作,提升客户满意度。
  5. 根据不同项目领导跨部门团队(包括策划、执行等),优化内部协作流程,确保项目高效落地,协调全球供应商及合作伙伴,控制预算并监督执行效果。

任职要求:

  1. 6年以上公关及广告行业从业背景,服务中国企业出海公关传播工作经验或 出海中国企业的内部公关部门工作经验。
  2. 对中国企业出海传播需求有深刻的洞察和了解;能够制定并执行企业出海战略下的公关与品牌传播方案,深度分析目标市场文化、政策及媒体环境,为客户提供全球化公关策略建议,熟悉科技、新能源、跨境电商等行业的出海业务模式及对应的公关策略。
  3. 优秀的策略和提案能力,有效组织项目提案与管理。
  4. 有效的组织及协调能力,市场传播策划能力及现场控制能力。
  5. 优秀的人际沟通能力、客户沟通技巧以及丰富的团队管理经验。
  6. 具有强烈的工作责任心和团队合作精神
  7. 具备强大的客户管理和内容开发技能,媒体和影响者关系,团队管理及跨部门沟通协调技能,并在客户管理的商业方面拥有丰富的经验。

Position: Senior Account Manager


With a history of over 70 years, PR Newswire has been operating in mainland China for more than 20 years, assisting over 2,000 Chinese companies with global press releases. To better support our clients in their global communication, we are seeking an Account Director with experience of global PR strategies and execution.


Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clients with professional outbound and global PR strategies, building and maintaining healthy and trusting client relationships.
  2. Responsible for the development and proposal marking of new clients for long-term and project-based engagements.
  3. Responsible for team building and management, ensuring high standards of client service.
  4. Cultivate and establish relationships with new and existing clients, identify client needs, promote long-term cooperation, and enhance client satisfaction.
  5. Lead cross-departmental teams for different projects, optimize internal collaboration processes, ensure efficient project implementation, coordinate global suppliers and partners, manage budgets, and oversee execution effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Over 6 years of experience in PR and advertising industry, with experience in serving Chinese enterprises' outbound PR communications, or working in the internal PR departments of outbound Chinese enterprises.
  2. Deep insight and understanding of the communication needs of Chinese enterprises going abroad; capable of formulating and executing public relations and brand communication plans based on the outbound strategy, conducting in-depth analysis of target market culture, policies, and media environments to provide clients with global PR strategies; familiar with outbound business models and corresponding PR strategies in industries such as technology, new energy, and cross-border e-commerce.
  3. Excellent strategic and proposal capabilities, with effective project proposal and management organization skills.
  4. Strong leadership, organizational and coordination abilities, market communication planning skills, and on-site control capabilities.
  5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, client communication techniques, and extensive team management experience.
  6. Strong sense of work responsibility and teamwork spirit.
  7. Possess strong client management and content development skills, media and influencer relations, team management, and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with rich experience in the commercial aspects of client management.

Language requirements: English, Mandarin.
