Kaseya is seeking a high-impact Senior Account Manager to drive expansion within an existing customer portfolio. This role is focused on unlocking growth opportunities, deepening client partnerships and delivering measurable revenue outcomes through strategic account management. The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial mindset, takes ownership of results and remains highly coachable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Expansion & Growth Strategy
Own and execute expansion strategies across your portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Leverage Kaseya’s full suite of solutions to maximize customer value and drive incremental revenue growth.

Executive Relationship Management
Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Act as a trusted advisor by aligning Kaseya’s solutions to customer business objectives and ensuring long-term partnership success.

Strategic Account Planning
Build and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews and proactive engagement strategies. Anticipate customer needs, mitigate risks, and uncover new opportunities to expand footprint.

Adoption & Value Realization
Monitor product adoption and usage metrics to ensure customers are realizing value. Proactively address gaps, remove blockers, and drive initiatives that increase engagement and retention.

Revenue Ownership
Take full ownership of revenue targets, consistently delivering against and exceeding quota. Contribute to both immediate pipeline generation and long-term account growth strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure successful onboarding, expansion, and retention.

Pipeline & CRM Discipline
Maintain rigorous pipeline management through Salesforce. Ensure accurate forecasting, clear visibility into account activity, and disciplined execution of sales processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SLED businesses in a sales or relationship driven role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets within a quota-carrying role
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Highly coachable with a growth mindset and openness to feedback
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline and account management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and manage performance metrics
