Based in Austria, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies within the mobility sector, taking on complex and high-impact projects that deliver innovative mobile device solutions to enterprise clients worldwide.

As the first Senior Account Manager in Austria, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth across the territory. To succeed in this position, you will need proven experience working within the Austrian market, as the role involves developing a strategic territory plan, identifying and engaging prospective clients, uncovering mobility‑related business challenges, and building strong, long‑term customer relationships.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to design and deliver solutions that address the client’s needs and resolve the challenges identified during the sales process. By applying the MEDDPICC sales methodology, you will effectively navigate client organizations, engage key stakeholders, and successfully progress opportunities through to close.

 What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting potential customers via calls, on-site visits, and partner/reseller channels.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of clients’ mobility strategies and workflows to uncover challenges and align solutions accordingly.
  • Drive growth by anticipating client needs and expanding opportunities across the territory.
  • Understand the client's needs and identifying new opportunities within your territory.
  • Develop and implement Mutual Plans with the customer, to align on outcomes and timelines.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations at senior management levels of larger clients.
  • Develop and nurture a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Cooperate with representatives from external technology partners.
  • Meets assigned sales targets.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 Years' Experience in selling software to Enterprise Accounts Sales in a Direct Touch mode, employed at a vendor or reseller/channel partner.
  • Experience in the mobility business, selling mobile devices or any kind of software for mobile devices, is a big plus.
  • Successful in driving and closing business with net new Logos.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Certification with Value Selling or MEDDPICC is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and English
