As a crucial member of the sales team, the Senior Account Manager’s main responsibility is in supporting the sales team to manage and develop client relationships both pre and post sales through the selling of our online market research solutions; providing pricing, feasibility, and consultation for key clients.
You will be the master of Dynata’s solutions and pricing, and how to apply these to satisfy client needs and fulfill project requirements. Your primary responsibility is to ensure outstanding customer results in their day-to-day project-level needs. Moving beyond responsiveness and building relationships, anticipating client needs, and constantly seeking to find creative solutions.
Manage key client accounts as the primary point of contact, building strong, long‑term relationships.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and QBRs, providing strategic recommendations and insights.
Lead proposals, pricing, and solution design across all product sets.
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Oversee delivery of mid‑to‑large‑scale projects, ensuring quality and timelines.
Collaborate closely with Operations to troubleshoot issues and optimize outcomes.
Provide accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM management.
Mentor junior team members and support continuous process improvement.
Partner with Account Directors on strategic pitches and major RFPs.
Support regional teams on an ad‑hoc basis when needed.
5+ years in account management, consulting, or market research–related roles.
Proven ability to manage key clients and complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
High numerical proficiency and strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
Experience mentoring junior staff is a plus.
