Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Develop and execute global account strategies to drive sustainable sales growth and market share

  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key customer stakeholders across regions

  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, and supply agreements

  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, R&D, and Operations teams to deliver innovative fragrance solutions

  • Manage and forecast sales performance, ensuring alignment with financial targets and KPIs

  • Identify new business opportunities and influence customer briefs to maximize value creation

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions

  • Ensure seamless collaboration with operations to meet customer service, quality, and supply expectations

  • Lead projects end-to-end, including brief alignment, submissions, and post-launch performance reviews

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, product development, or related roles in fragrance, FMCG, or ingredients industries

  • Strong B2B account management experience with a customer-centric mindset

  • Proven ability to manage financials including pricing, margins, and forecasting

  • Solid understanding of product development, consumer insights, and market trends

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills

  • Experience working in cross-functional and global team environments

  • Effective project management and stakeholder alignment skills

  • Digital and data savvy with ability to leverage tools and market intelligence

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred)
