El equipo de Service Sales Andes conecta la innovación global de FLS con la ejecución local en las principales operaciones mineras de la región andina. Trabajamos de forma cercana con nuestros clientes para asegurar confiabilidad operacional, productividad y crecimiento sostenible, posicionando a FLS como socio estratégico de largo plazo.

Resumen del Rol

Como Senior Site Account Manager – SPCC Toquepala, serás el principal representante de FLS en sitio, liderando la relación con Southern Peru Copper Corporation (Toquepala).

Este rol combina liderazgo comercial, gestión de cuentas clave y conocimiento técnico, asegurando que cada solución FLS entregue valor medible al cliente y fortalezca la relación a largo plazo.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Liderar la relación integral con el cliente y representar todas las actividades de FLS en sitio.

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales y de cuenta a corto y mediano plazo para incrementar el order intake.

  • Identificar oportunidades para aumentar el share of wallet ampliando el portafolio de productos y servicios FLS.

  • Trabaja estrechamente con el cliente y lidera la articulación de las distintas áreas internas de FLS para construir planes estratégicos de alto impacto para la cuenta.

  • Trabajar estrechamente con Field Service Engineers y equipos de Servicios Profesionales para asegurar una ejecución de excelencia.

  • Monitorear la satisfacción del cliente e impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua.

  • Proveer insights comerciales y feedback de mercado a equipos regionales y globales.

Requisitos y Experiencia

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería (Mecánica, Industrial, Minas) o Administración de Empresas.

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en ventas mineras, gestión de cuentas clave o roles comerciales en minería.

  • Sólido entendimiento de operaciones en sitio y necesidades del cliente minero.

  • Experiencia comprobada en crecimiento de ventas y planificación de cuentas.

  • Alta capacidad analítica, financiera y de presentación.

  • Manejo de CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce u otros).

  • Español fluido e inglés intermedio.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar regularmente a faena en el sur del Perú.

The Service Sales Andes team connects global innovation with local execution across the Andean region. We work closely with major mining operations to ensure reliability, productivity, and long-term sustainable growth — positioning FLS as a trusted strategic partner.

Role Summary

As Senior Site Account Manager – SPCC Toquepala, you will be the primary FLS representative on site, leading the relationship with Southern Peru Copper Corporation (Toquepala).

This role combines commercial leadership, key account management, and technical understanding, ensuring every FLS solution delivers measurable customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer relationship and represent all FLS activities on site.

  • Develop and execute short- and mid-term account strategies to grow order intake.

  • Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet across FLS products and services.

  • Works closely with the client and leads the coordination of the various internal areas of FLS to build high-impact strategic plans for the account.

  • Work closely with Field Service Engineers and Professional Services teams to ensure excellence in execution.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide commercial insights and market feedback to regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mining) or Business Administration.

  • 5+ years’ experience in mining sales or key account management.

  • Strong understanding of site operations and mining customer needs.

  • Proven track record in sales growth and account planning.

  • Strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills.

  • CRM proficiency (Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Fluent Spanish and intermediate English.

  • Willingness to travel regularly to mine sites in Southern Peru.
