WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Fors Marsh is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage major activities in support of federal national health communications campaigns. This individual will work in the Rapid Response & Emerging Issues Division within the Health Communications practice area. This job is best suited for an individual who has proven project management and client service experience with federal health agencies. Experience managing and supporting national health campaigns and working with internal departments (research, creative, and media) is required.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading and supporting communications campaigns in the areas of content and creative development, stakeholder engagement and outreach, public relations, and digital marketing.
• Leading project teams, spearheading direction-setting activities, cultivating a productive work environment, and developing team members through coaching and mentoring.
• Managing multiple concurrent activities, including providing quality control and implementing financial controls.
• Bringing strategic thinking and planning to support project goals and objectives using sound strategies and integrated solutions.
• Working collaboratively with team members across the company to develop strong partnerships with clients and agency teams.
• Leading development of materials (e.g., social graphics, brochures) and content (e.g., FAQs, PowerPoint slides, website copy).
• Conducting client presentations and articulating strategies, recommendations, and next steps.
• Providing support for business development efforts, including writing for proposals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing, communication, business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading and supporting health communications campaigns in a marketing or advertising agency or similar services firm.
• Experience working with federal health agencies, including U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and National Institutes of Health
• Proven success managing and supporting multiple health campaign activities with a data-informed, strategic, creative approach.
• Ability to develop and cultivate client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Agency experience and experience working with a variety of departments (research, creative, media).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to our federal contract requirements

Salary: $115,000 – $132,000
