About the Role

Based in our Newstead office, we're seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive growth across Queensland.

Working with architects, designers, contractors and end users, you'll build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and deliver profitable sales outcomes across your territory.

You'll be joining a collaborative, customer-focused and high-performing team with deep industry expertise and a strong reputation in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Growing and managing key customer relationships
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Developing and executing territory and account plans
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
  • Managing project opportunities through our CRM and sales processes
  • Representing Interface at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Achieving sales and profitability targets

What You’ll Bring

  • 5 years + of Account Management/ B2B Sales experience in the construction/ architecture and design industry essential
  • Industry or associated industry knowledge.
  • Capable of working professionally, while under pressure in competitive situations.
  • A current driver’s licence.
  • An understanding of the financial aspects of the business.
  • Formal qualifications in sales and/or marketing or relevant field would be highly regarded
