Leads and develops a graphic design team, overseeing quality, workload allocation, coaching, performance, and professional growth. Establishes brand standards, templates, and visual systems while partnering with creative, merchandising, project management, and print production teams. Translates creative strategy into design priorities, supports campaigns and product launches, and represents design decisions to stakeholders. The role is primarily studio-based in Atlanta with a hybrid schedule and occasional travel.

Manage complex customer projects across CRM from lead to PO, liaise with contractors, architects, and end users, coordinate inventory, samples, freight, customs, and technical mock-ups, conduct weekly AE review calls, and ensure timely delivery to meet sales goals.

The Account Executive will cultivate relationships and drive sales of Interface flooring products in Northwestern markets, focusing on key end users and design firms for targeted growth and specifications.

Manage daily general ledger journal entries and finance operations for Japan and Korea entities. Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, support month-end close, and assist with internal and external audits. Support SOX control testing, internal control implementation, compliance monitoring, documentation, and finance projects. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while communicating data and business requirements effectively.

Serve as technical expert for nora rubber flooring: provide installation guidance, troubleshoot complaints, conduct inspections and trainings, support sales with mock-ups and documentation, and travel extensively to ensure successful installations.
