Senior Account Manager,  Platform Solutions, Indonesia

Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office)

In this role you will: 

  • Focus on driving revenue growth across key OTT/CTV/Video publishers in Asia (primarily Indonesia) & build strategic plans 

  • Serve as the primary technical and account servicing point of contact for a portfolio of Magnite’s omnichannel (OTT/CTV/Video publishers) supply partners in Asia, providing proactive troubleshooting and issue resolution

  • Analyse and interpret performance data to deliver actionable insights, optimisation recommendations, and revenue-driving strategies to publisher clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Demand Facilitation, Demand Solutions, Technical Operations, Product Marketing & Product Management) to resolve technical issues, define solutions, and drive platform enhancements that improve publisher outcomes & revenue goals 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure swift resolution

  • Have oversight of revenue trends, delivery, measurement, reporting, and integration processes; contribute to strategy through weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client reports

  • Actively contribute to team-wide growth initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge sharing

  • Participate in client meetings, including product overview sessions, QBRs, and lead weekly/monthly calls

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience with at least 4 years with a SSP, Ad Server, or large web / OTT publisher within Asia 

  • A solid understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, including, ad serving, ad exchanges, header bidding, and online ad technologies designed to drive publisher value within Asia 

  • Possess an understanding of the possibilities, limitations and the buy- and sell-side implications of various type of SSP-integrations such as: direct tags, prebid, Google Open/Exchange bidding, API/oRTB protocols

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with experience diagnosing and resolving ad delivery, integration, or platform-related issues

  • A demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google, MS Excel), presentation tools (Google, PowerPoint), and CRM systems (Salesforce)

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • An analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and identifying opportunities for optimisation

  • An ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge across teams

  • An interest in and curiosity about the programmatic advertising industry, staying informed about the latest trends and developments

  • Proficiency in Bahasa will be an added bonus for this position
