HBT Direct Sales is looking for a SR Account Manager (m/f/d), who is responsible for the sale of services and products for our business customers in the field of airport business/airfield. This person will ensure the achievement of an annual sales plan for the Airports Business, applying HBT sales strategies, processes and disciplines to capitalize on the resulting sales opportunities. This role acts as the point of contact for all sales, marketing, and customer concerns.
Area of responsibility:
- Acquisition of strategic new customers, maintenance, development and expansion of existing customer at the territory of Germany.
- Achievement of annual sales orders according to plan.
- Support and advice for engineering offices in the development of technical concepts and specifications, liaison with vertical consultants and ANSPs, certification bodies.
- Development of individual system solutions for airports.
- Strategic planning and monitoring of sales targets based on company specifications.
- Preparation of sales risk analyses in the quotation phase.
- Execution of contract negotiations up to the conclusion of the contract and systematic order tracking and handover to project management.
Requirement profile:
- Successfully completed studies or technical training in the field of automation, supply or electrical engineering with good knowledge of building automation
- Proven experience in Sales of Airport of AGL/ALCMS/ VDGS/Tower Management/Traffic Management.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in sales
- Experience in the development of complex system solutions.
- Good industry knowledge.
- Very good technical and commercial understanding.
- MS Office applications (use of CRM tool Sales Force).
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Systematic and independent working style
- Customer, service and result orientation.
- High communication and teamwork skills
