Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Responsible for assigned accounts within Southeast Asia and shall take the lead in maintaining existing business and generating visible business growth
Understand customer’s business and technology road map and drive internal teams for continuous improvement in term of product quality, establishing technical edge and market competitiveness
Understand corporate, division and field operations goals and develop specific strategies to achieve set sales objectives with the support from Regional Director
Monthly update on activities progress, strategic plans including account’s financial status and their business strategy, competitive landscape, market share data and customer’s needs and requirements
Well versed in all Entegris product offerings / services and able to promote and sell
Account Management
Participate in the team’s weekly working meetings, provide updates on opportunities and issues as well as accelerate market share wins
Develop and upkeep key account sheet, customer org, and battlefield. Regular on-time submission of accounts forecast plan
Drive effective pricing strategy, manage contract and price negotiations process at accounts; focus on increasing average selling prices and improving profitability in accordance with total margin strategy
Leverage market intelligence and customer insights to develop accurate forecasts, ensuring high forecast precision to support effective business planning and decision making
Work closely with global and regional support teams such as Product Management, Logistics, Quality, Finance, etc. to ensure indirect pre- and after-sales service to accounts are effectively provided
Effective utilization of support of Regional Product Support and Field Applications Engineers for pre and after-sales activities
Manage customer requests and ensure timely resolution of shipment, supply, quality and PCN issues
Ensure forecast accuracy improvement through regular customer engagement and internal reviews and highlight risks, opportunities and inventory concerns, and manage product allocation during supply-constrained situations
Facilitate communication between customers and Quality/Technical/Product teams on failure analysis and corrective actions, product changes, manufacturing transfers and product lifecycle updates
Support customer business reviews by consolidating operational data, shipment performance, and issue resolution status
Relationship Management
Develop and maintain senior level industry contacts and relationships to provide opportunities for new businesses
Complete quarterly review of newly identified Economic Buying Influence (EBI), Technical Buying Influence (TBI) and Coach Roles at accounts and details of their influence on attaining quantifiable revenue
Maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Asset Management
Manage Entegris’ assets (accounts receivable, expenses, inventory, personnel, etc.) effectively serving customer needs while providing Entegris with a suitable return on its investment
Process Management
Assess and discover ways to improve internal business processes that positively influence customer satisfaction
Maintain regular usage and update accounts information and activities on CRM
Analyze backlog, shipments, forecast accuracy, inventory and service level performance
Maintain data accuracy within SAP, CRM, and reporting systems.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
In this role you will:
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives, gaining market shares and profitability levels at assigned region’s specific markets, through executing the Business Unit strategies as well as developed tactical sales strategies developed for Southeast Asia region. This role is responsible for supporting customers by managing order fulfillment, delivery expedites, forecasting activities, Product Change Notifications (PCNs), return authorizations, and operational escalations and serves as the primary interface between customers, Account Managers, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management teams to ensure excellent customer experience and operational execution. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, proactive communication, and effective management of customer deliverables.

Skills & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science with 3 – 5 years’ experience in the Semiconductor / wafer fab industry
Previous sales experiences in Semiconductor front end will be a plus
Customer-centric, proactive and results driven approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to influence and coordinate across functions without direct authority
Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, SAP or similar ERP/CRM tools preferred
Possess Class 3 driving license and own a car
