You will focus your hands-on involvement where it can make the greatest difference.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for high-impact projects with multiple dependencies, driving execution to support business growth.
  • Define, manage, and communicate clear timelines and processes, ensuring transparency and a focus on quality and efficiency across vendors, advertisers, and Snap teams.
  • Anticipate and address challenges during asset development, offering proactive and creative solutions.
  • Manage and enable external vendors to deliver on the agreed scope of work, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Propose, deliver and manage scalable programs in partnership with Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously recommend and implement improvements to project management workflows to boost operational excellence.
  • Report on production value and volume, turning insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Act as a creative ambassador for Snapchat’s guidelines and production best practices.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Marketing Science, Sales Operations/GTIP, Product, Solutions Engineering, Creative, and AR to deliver effective market and vertical solutions.
  • Help advance the adoption of AI-enabled creative workflows and other tools that improve the quality, speed, and scale of production.
  • Contribute to China, APAC, and global team initiatives by sharing relevant market knowledge, retail and export best practices, and creative learnings.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors independently while maintaining high standards and strict attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial judgment, prioritization, resourcefulness, and comfort operating with ambiguity.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, offices, and regions, while considering multiple perspectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Readiness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI-enabled creative tools and workflows.

Minimum Qualifications
