 As an Account Manager, SpringServe, EMEA at Magnite, you’ll play a key role in growing our agency marketplace solutions by managing strategic relationships, driving adoption, and delivering value across our platform ecosystem. You’ll help design, launch, and evolve marketplace initiatives, develop go-to-market strategies and materials, and build solutions that deepen agency engagement. This cross-functional role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful execution and sustained growth. 

In this role you will:  

  • Build and manage relationships with agencies across EMEA

  • Design, launch, and track platform initiatives to drive traction and performance

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and supporting materials to accelerate adoption

  • Create agency-focused solutions and partnerships to increase platform value and stickiness

  • Lead product demos across platforms

  • Identify upsell opportunities and expand client usage of Magnite’s product suite

  • Troubleshoot challenges and propose scalable, user-focused solutions

  • Offer strategic consultation across all Magnite platforms and supply offerings

  • Stay ahead of industry trends to help shape product strategy and business growth

  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment across internal teams

  • Take on additional projects as needed
     

We’re looking for someone with: 

  • 4+ years of experience in media or ad tech account management

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for insights and growth

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment

  • A passionate attitude about programmatic, CTV, RTB, platforms, and industry innovation

  • Hands on keyboard experience with SSP/DSP or Ad Server platforms preferred

  • Clear communion and strong relationship-building skills

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail

  • A highly organized mindset with a strong time management and attention to detail

  • A positive outlook and is professional, and proactive team player
