We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of enterprise sales and cutting-edge AI technology. At NVIDIA, we are powering the next era of computing — from data centers and autonomous systems to generative AI and accelerated computing. We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven sales leader with a proven track record of building and scaling strategic enterprise accounts at the most senior levels. This is a full-time field sales position with high visibility, requiring close collaboration with NVIDIA solution architects, product marketing, business units, and executive leadership to drive significant revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is as comfortable presenting a multi-year platform vision to a CTO or CIO as they are working through technical architecture decisions with an engineering team. You bring a consultative mindset, executive gravitas, and a deep passion for helping enterprise customers harness the transformative power of AI and accelerated computing.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own all aspects of strategy, planning, and execution for a defined portfolio of named enterprise accounts — including forecasting, pipeline development, executive engagement, and long-range account planning
Serve as the primary executive relationship owner, building trusted partnerships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders including CTOs, CIOs, Chief AI Officers, and senior technology decision-makers
Develop and execute multi-year account strategies that expand NVIDIA's platform footprint, grow revenue, and deepen customer dependency on NVIDIA's accelerated computing ecosystem
Partner with OEMs, system integrators, cloud providers, and ecosystem partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans that drive adoption of NVIDIA's enterprise product portfolio
Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, developer relations, product marketing, and business unit leaders to bring the full weight of NVIDIA to your accounts
Evangelize NVIDIA's platform — including GPUs, AI frameworks, enterprise software, and developer tools — as a strategic business enabler to senior customer leaders
Contribute to the broader Enterprise Sales organization as a thought leader, sharing best practices, competitive intelligence, and market insights across the team
Consistently exceed revenue targets and stretch goals, driving both near-term results and long-term strategic account value
What We Need to See:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
12+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of selling to and influencing senior executives (CTO, CIO, CAIO, EVP) at large, named enterprise accounts
Proven ability to build and execute multi-million dollar account plans and consistently overachieve against aggressive quota targets
Deep familiarity with the enterprise technology landscape, including cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, data center architecture, or accelerated computing
Exceptional executive presence — the ability to engage credibly at the board and C-suite level, command a room, and inspire confidence in NVIDIA's vision and platform
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into compelling business value propositions
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations and business reviews
Ability to travel as the role requires to support customer engagements, industry events, and NVIDIA internal collaboration
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
MBA or advanced graduate degree
Proven experience selling AI, GPU, or accelerated computing solutions into large enterprise or regulated industry accounts
Track record of creating and capturing new market opportunities — not just managing existing business
Skilled at navigating complex, matrixed buying organizations and building multi-threaded relationships across technical, financial, and business stakeholders
Adept at balancing the urgency of short-term revenue goals with the discipline to invest in long-term strategic account development
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
