The Senior Account Manager is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of research projects, ensuring timely execution, data integrity, and insightful analysis. Responsibilities

Clients

ØDefine project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams
ØDevelop research proposals and methodologies tailored to client needs

People

Works effectively with senior members of the team and suppliers
Ensures compliance with Ipsos internal HR processes

Research

Assist in drafting the outline of complex proposal independently
Manage and produce the preparation of client reports, presentations, and data visualizations

Finances

Monitor progress at all project stages, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost efficiency

Communication

Chooses the appropriate communication style and method for the message and audience. Communicates clearly and objectively – written and spoken
Qualifications
Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
Knowledge of research methodologies & techniques, risk assessment, and financial acumen is necessary
Knowledge of statistics (all bivariate and multivariate analyses from the questionnaire/discussion guide design, briefing DS, interpretation and analysis of results). Insight in sampling and methodologies (knowing what to use when and how) and analyses (first insights and conclusions from data and results)
Ability to work in an international environment
Fluency in English
Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and basic knowledge in SPSS

The Brand Health Tracking Service Line helps clients manage their in-market brands in terms of monitoring health and making sure they are on the right course.  Clients have their own sales data, we provide them with brand affinity data to understand how people feel about the brand and its competitors longitudinally.
